ASPEL CRYO

Welcome to ASPEL CRYO

Dry ice blasting is finally possible in Morocco, it is a revolutionary cleaning process based on dry ice (CO2), cleaning any type of dirt on any type of support (even live electrical cabinets) without any chemical or abrasive substances.

In partnership with “CRYONOMIC” in Belgium, our experience is enriched every day by new processes and new challenges.

WHY ASPEL ?

Leader in the Moroccan market, we offer Dry ice blasting as an ecological and innovative solution, which allows you a considerable gain in productivity.

1st in Morocco

Since 2011, we have acquired a perfect knowledge of the industrial environment and production constraints whose Dry ice blasting provides the appropriate solution for optimal maintenance by reducing the duration, cost and periodicity.

Ecological Technology

Clean and free of secondary waste, Dry ice blasting requires no solvents or chemical detergents and is completely dry.

OUR PROCESS

What is it ?

Dry ice is the solid form of CO2. Its temperature is -109 ° F.
At atmospheric pressure, it evaporates in the air. It is called “dry ice” because it does not contain water.

How Dry ice is made ?

Dry ice pellets are made from liquid CO2 stored in a pressurised tank. Once released to atmospheric pressure, the liquid carbon dioxide converts to dry ice snow and carbon dioxide gas.

How it works ?

By propelling pellets that sublimate immediately, transfering minimal kinetic energy to the surface on impact and absorb a large volume of heat from the surface producing shear stresses due to thermal shock.

The principle main has two levels of benefits

1. The very low temperature of dry ice pellets (-78 ° C or -109 ° F) causes freezing and contraction of the contaminated layers, which are then easily detached.
2. Dry ice pellets vaporize to carbon dioxide gas at impact, only the original contaminated layer is removed. This natural evaporation of dry ice pellets is a major asset of the Dry ice blasting technique.

Ecological Solution

Unlike other cleaning methods, Dry ice blasting produces no secondary waste because the dry ice sublimates on impact. Dry ice blasting is therefore more ecological than any other cleaning method.
